I just absolutely adore the seventy-five cent and base coat papers from Kaisercraft!! This month Swirlydoos.com has gone over the top! With the 75 cent line in the main kit and Base coat papers in the technique kit, no paper fiend could possibly be disappointed.
I am proud to present this month's anatomy of a layout over at Swirlydoos.com. Come see as I present a step by step photo tutorial for this gorgeous layout
These papers almost seem to scrap themselves!!
For the tech kit this month we had the Base Coat line and OH MY LANTA are they super fantastic for mixed media!! Because there is not a lot of images and design they layer perfectly under any and all mixed media that you can possibly image. Look what I did using the June technique kit
There are tons of layers all over this thing! I wanted to keep it functional as I'm giving this as a gift so I kept the amount of dimensional stuff to a minimum.
Here is the second side. I used Smooch ink on the butterfly up on the hinge. I'll be posting a technique video on how I altered that hardware later this month on the Swirlydoos Youtube channel.
Check out the full video for step by step techniques here:
